DELIVERY POLICY
Shipping & Delivery Time
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Standard delivery within Malaysia takes 3-7 business days.

  • Express delivery options (1-3 business days) are available at an additional cost.

  • International shipping is currently not available.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. However, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return or exchange items under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.

  • Clearance or sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
  1. Contact us at info@priveleged.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and further instructions.

  3. Return the item via a trusted courier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy
  • Refunds will be issued in the original payment method or store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return does not meet our policy requirements, we reserve the right to reject the refund request.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. We will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
